Postage costs between $10.75 & $59.95 and takes roughly 5-7 working days from date of order, Australia only.
We refund within 14 days for change of mind or incorrect choice, however we will only accept unused merchandise, still in the original condition of purchase and a receipt of purchase must be provided.
We offer a refund or a replacement for any major faults with our products within 14 days.
For exchanges, returns or refunds the customer will incur the cost of postage (Both ways).
To contact us regarding any returns call (02) 9667 2115 or email us here. We will forward you instructions on where to return the product. Once received, we will assess the product and if found to be faulty, we will send you a replacement product and refund the cost of freight.

We engage a third party to deliver our goods. Their services can impact on the condition of your order once it leaves our warehouse. Whilst we will take precautions to ensure your order arrives in the condition it has left our warehouse, please be aware that we take no responsibility for its arrival condition.
